1. Services
Virginia SEO Pros provides SEO, Local SEO, web optimization, Google Business Profile optimization, digital marketing consulting, and related services (“Services”). The scope of services will be defined in a separate written agreement or proposal for each client.

2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide timely access to required information, assets, or logins needed to perform services.

Cooperate in a professional and responsive manner throughout the engagement.

Ensure any content or materials provided do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

3. Payments and Fees
All payments must be made according to the agreed-upon terms outlined in your service agreement or invoice.

Late payments may incur interest and/or suspension of services.

Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee. ACH payments are accepted without additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, strategies, tools, and deliverables provided by Virginia SEO Pros remain the intellectual property of Virginia SEO Pros unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use deliverables solely for their own business purposes.

5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive business information obtained during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to login credentials, business strategies, trade secrets, and personal data.

6. Performance and Guarantees
While Virginia SEO Pros uses proven methods and best practices to improve visibility and traffic, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue results due to the dynamic nature of search engine algorithms and market conditions.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice, in accordance with the terms of the individual service agreement. Upon termination, outstanding balances remain payable, and access to digital assets, tools, or services may be revoked until payment is received.

8. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve integration with or access to third-party platforms such as Google, hosting providers, analytics tools, or others. Virginia SEO Pros is not responsible for any downtime, changes, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability
Virginia SEO Pros shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services rendered in the preceding 90 days.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Virginia.

11. Changes to Terms
Virginia SEO Pros reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
